A triptych of a Tibetan Buddhist Pilgrim, in the late stages of his devotion, having come potentially hundreds of miles; making his way across the Himalayas. This was done through a prostration that involves standing vertically, then bowing, then lying horizontally. He then stands again and does the same, with his feet where his head had been. It is a surprising act of devotion that demands the devotees full attention and dedication. wherever he started from this particular pilgrimage, took him to the sacred shrine at Boudhanath, with its incredible Stupa!
